Processing Time
- All handcrafted woodwork and custom DTF-printed apparel require 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped.
- All DTF prints ordered are shipped within 1-business day.
- Orders with multiple custom items may take slightly longer to complete.
Shipping Time
- Once your order is ready, shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. (international shipping may take longer).
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Additional Notes
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.
- Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes (especially during holidays) are out of our control, but we will do our best to keep you updated.
